摘要
相比于电励磁电机,交流永磁同步电机具有效率高、运行可靠、维护简单等优点,这些优点使交流永磁同步电机得到了快速发展.电机运行过程中都会产生振动,所以对其电磁振动和噪声的仿真分析是研究低噪声交流永磁同步电机的基础.根据理论分析得出电机产生电磁振动的原因主要是由于电机内部产生了径向电磁力.首先建立电机的电磁力计算模型,提取径向磁通密度和径向电磁力,通过电磁力和声网格耦合建立电磁噪声模型,将结果与实验结果进行较验.验证结果一致,表明计算模型可靠,对交流永磁同步电机噪声情况预测提供了依据.
Compared with the electric excitation motor,AC permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has the advantages of high efficiency,reliable operation,simple maintenance and so on. These advantages make AC permanent magnet synchronous motor get rapid development. The vibration of the motor will occur during the operation,so the simulation analysis of the electromagnetic vibration and noise is the basis for the research of the low noise AC permanent magnet synchronous motor.According to the theoretical analysis,it is concluded that the electromagnetic vibration of the motor is mainly due to the radial electromagnetic force generated inside the motor. Firstly,establish the electromagnetic force calculation model of motor,and the radial magnetic flux density and radial electromagnetic force are extracted.Electromagnetic forces and acoustic meshes are coupled to establish an electromagnetic noise model,The results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that the calculation model is reliable,It provides a basis for noise prediction of AC permanent magnet synchronous motor.
