摘要 为掌握天然气采集过程中因工艺要素发生偏差带来的风险以及引起偏差的原因因素,以某天然气高压场站为示例,采用HAZOP分析天然气轻烃回收一体化集成装置运行过程中可能出现的工艺要素偏差和偏差可能带来的事故,由多名专业人员组成的分析小组,从人员操作、设备维护角度查找导致偏差的原因因素,并提出针对性的建议措施,进行汇合整理,形成专业性知识库,可以应用于企业的隐患排查和安全培训为进一步实现企业安全生产提供保障. In order to grasp the risk brought by deviation due to process factors during the natural gas extraction process and the causes for deviation,with a natural gas high-voltage gas extraction station as the example,the HAZOP is adopted to analyze the process factor deviation and possible accidents caused by deviation during the operation of light hydrocarbon recovery integrated device. The analysis team consisting of professionals from different fields was looking for the causes of deviation from the perspectives of personnel operation and equipment maintenance. Pertinent measures were proposed,and after summarization and organization,professional database was established,which can be applied to enterprise hidden trouble investigation and safety training to further realize enterprise safety production provide protection.
