基于一维仿真的柴油机低速性能改进研究

摘要 采用一维仿真软件GT-Power对柴油机换气系统进行改进,提升发动机低速性能,利用试验设计(DOE)方法对气门正时进行优化对比,分析不同气门正时对发动机低速工况和高速工况的影响,在保证高速工况性能不明显恶化的前提下,提升发动机低速工况的歧管充气效率,改善换气作用,提升发动机低速经济性水平,通过试验对优化结果进行验证。 The 1-D simulation software GT-Power is used to improve the gas-exchange system of diesel engine and its performance in low-speed condition. The effects of different valve timing on engine performance in low-speed and high-speed operating conditions were analyzed by using DOE method to optimize the valve timing. Under the premise of ensuring the performance of high-speed condition is not obvious deterioration,the manifold inflatable efficiency,gas-exchange system,and economy level in low-speed condition have been improved,which is successfully tested on engine test bench.
