摘要
为了满足重型柴油机对废气再循环(EGR)率的要求,并提高经济性,开展了非对称增压器的开发工作,并形成了开发流程,建立了一维配机、增压器三维计算流体力学(CFD)、结构强度耦合计算等计算分析模型,并对模型进行了标定。结果表明,基于流程开发出的非对称增压器的配机性能与模拟计算结果符合良好,所建立的开发流程能够应用于非对称增压器的开发。
To meet the requirements of the heavy-duty diesel engine accorded with EGR rate,and improve efficiency,The asymmetric turbocharger was developed,and the development process was established. The model of performance of turbocharger matching engine,CFD model of Turbocharger,and the coupling calculation model of structural strength were developed and validated,respectively. The results show that the performance of the turbocharger matching engine in experiment was agreed well with simulation,the established development process can guide the development of asymmetric turbocharger.
