摘要
本文基于硬件在环平台(HIL)对柴油机颗粒捕集器(DPF)部分控制策略进行了功能性验证。硬件在环测试平台使用的是带有DPF的虚拟四缸虚拟发动机模型,此模型将计算出的发动机转速,油量,DPF入口温度,DPF出口温度,DPF上的碳烟(soot)加载量等信号经过信号转化作为DPF控制策略的输入,用于定性验证DPF控制策略。试验结果表明硬件在环试验测试平台能够提供有效的策略验证环境,明显缩短了策略验证周期,提前了策略开发进度。
The Function of DPF control logic was tested and verified based on Hardware in the loop( HIL) test system. The engine model used in the HIL test system was a four cylinders engine. The engine speed,injected fuel quantity,entrance temperature of DPF,outlet temperature of DPF and the particulate matter content of DPF,which were as the input signals of the control logic of DPF used to test and verify the control logic of DPF. The test results show that HIL test-bed offers a effective test system,which could shorten the period of control logic testing and improve the development schedule.
