西安市旱塬地区大口辐射井设计与施工方法探讨

摘要 针对西安市旱塬地区灌溉水源匮乏等现状,采取建造大口辐射井的方式解决区域内农田的灌溉需求。本文对该工程的设计和施工进行研究,总结并分析了大口辐射井的设计要点和施工工艺。结果表明在黄土台塬区域利用大口辐射井开采浅层地下水对灌溉水源进行有效的补充是完全可行的。通过采用机械成井的方式并合理控制钻头的旋转和钻进速度,不仅施工进度较快,而且还能改善井管外地层的透水性并提高出水量,为了防止施工时出现偏孔现象,应安装使用稳定器及导向装置。施工中还需合理的选择回填砾料和洗井方法,这能有效保证运行期含水层出水的顺畅。 For the lack of irrigation water status quo in loess plateau drylands of Xi'an,the large-diameter radial wells were built to solve the need for irrigation.In this paper,design and construction methods of largediameter radial wells are studied,its design points and construction techniques are summarized and analyzed.The research results indicate that it is available for shallow groundwater exploitation in loess plateau drylands to replenish irrigation water by using large-diameter radial wells.By using the technique of machinery constructed well,the construction progress is improved,and the permeability of well water treatment is improved as well.Stabilizator and guiding device must be used to avoid eccentric phenomenon.The reasonable selection of backfilling gravel and well-washing method can improve water capacity of aquiclude in runtime.
