脱发是皮肤科临床常见的症状,脱发病因复杂、病种繁多,治疗也不尽相同。脱发疾病的诊断,除了需要对毛发生理、疾病分类和各脱发疾病的临床表现有深入的理解,还要结合相关检查所获得的辅助诊断信息,尤其是毛发镜和组织病理学检查。目前,毛发镜和头皮组织病理的应用在国内还在起步阶段,但已经得到越来越多的重视。本文将常见脱发疾病的临床特征、毛发镜以及组织病理学表现进行结合,探讨脱发疾病的准确诊断。
