摘要
为了提高皮肤科临床诊断技能和实战,需要提高广大皮肤科医师对伍德灯的认识,根据切身的临床工作体会并结合文献,探讨和总结了伍德灯在色素性和感染性皮肤病中的应用。伍德灯的临床应用价值在于对某些皮损进行快速无创性诊断和鉴别诊断,是皮肤科医师需要掌握的一门简单、方便、实用的临床诊断技能。
It is important to increase the understanding of woodlamp in order to improve the clin- ical diagnostic skills of dermatologists ,the application of wood lamp in pigmented and infectious skin disease, we discussed and summarized according to our experience in clinical work and the literature. The value of woodlamp is to provide reference tor clin- ical diagnosis and to help dermatologists to make a quick diagnosis and differential diagnosis in the clinic. This technology is simple, convenient and practical, which can be mastered by every dermatologist.
