摘要
以接受主体学生的生活场域和切身体验为逻辑起点,在分析工匠身份、工匠精神以及工匠文化认知偏差的基础上,利用心理社会性发展理论深入剖析其背后深层次的原因,提出工匠精神培育的身份认同、价值认同和文化认同"三个认同"的对策建议。
Taking the acceptance of the student's living areas and personal experiences as the logic starting point and based on the accepting difficulties of craftsman identity,craftsman spirit and culture,this article makes use of psycho-social development theory to deeply analyze the underlying causes and proposes the solutions to identity,value and cultural identification("three identitifications")to cultivate craftsman spirit,which shows a new research perspective,ideas and methods to solve the problem.
