湖北省宜昌市县级职教中心的现状、发展及对策

Reality, Development and Countermeasures of County Vocational Education Center in Yichang City of Hubei Province

县级职教中心为地方经济发展提供了人力支撑,但也面临着办学经费不足、政策执行不力、职业培训混乱、专业设置趋同、师资结构失衡、社会认识不够、校企合作不力等发展问题。应进一步加强顶层设计,整合培训资源,区域统筹专业设置,改善教师结构,提高社会认同,促进校企合作,为县级职教中心的发展注入新的活力。

County vocational education centers provide manpower support for local economic development.However,it is faced with the problems of insufficient funds for running schools,inadequate policy implementation,confusion of vocational training,the same professional settings,unbalanced teacher structure,insufficient social understanding and weak cooperation between schools and enterprises.We are looking forward to further strengthening the high-level design,integrating training resources,designing professional setting in a certain area,improving the structure of teachers,improving social identification,promoting cooperation between schools and enterprises,and injecting new vitality into the development of county vocational education centers.
