摘要
当前,农业供给侧结构性改革正全面稳步推进,作为农业结构中重要组成部分的果蔬花卉行业,正面临着巨大的机遇与挑战,虽然我国是个传统的果蔬花卉大国,但一直以来难以成为世界果蔬花卉强国,其中主要原因就在于缺少高质量的果蔬花卉专业人才。为此,中职果蔬花卉专业应积极革新人才培养模式,加强学生专业核心素质的培养,尽心培育出适应果蔬花卉行业快速发展需求的优秀人才。
At present,the structural reform of the agricultural supply is advancing steadily,and the fruit,vegetable and flower industry,as an important component of the agricultural structure,are facing great opportunities and challenges.Although a traditional big country producing fruits,vegetables and flowers,China has been difficult to become the world's fruit and vegetable power.The main reason is the lack of high-quality fruit,vegetable and flower professionals.Therefore,the fruit,vegetable and flower major in secondary vocational schools should actively reform the training mode of talents,strengthen the cultivation of professionals' core quality,and thrive to cultivate talents of fruit,vegetable and flower to adapt to the rapid development of the needs.
