超微血管成像在诊断乳腺肿瘤中应用及研究进展

Application and research progress of superb microvascular imaging in diagnosis of breast tumor

乳腺癌易发生淋巴结转移,及早发现和诊断对患者治疗方案选择、预后有重要作用。超微血管成像技术是近年发展的新技术,利用新的计算方法,减少运动杂波影响,对低速血流信号显示更敏感,提高了乳腺癌的检出率和淋巴结良、恶性鉴别的准确性。本文就超微血管成像在诊断乳腺肿瘤及浅表病变淋巴结中应用的研究进展作一综述。

Breast cancer is more prone to lymph node metastasis, therefore the early detection and diagnosis is critical to the treatment and prognosis. Superb microvascular imaging is a new technology developed in recent years. Since the new calculation method can reduce the moving clutter effects, and is more sensitive to the low blood flow signal, the detection rate of breast cancer and the accuracy of differential diagnosis between benign and malignant lymph nodes have been improved. This paper reviews the applications of superb microvascular imaging in the breast tumors and superficial lymph node lesions.
