摘要
目的观察喜炎平注射液联合地塞米松治疗急性放射性食管炎的疗效。方法行根治性放射治疗且发生2级放射性食管炎的76例食管癌患者随机分为两组,每组各38例,其中对照组应用地塞米松治疗急性放射性食管炎,5 mg,静脉推注,1 d/次,共5 d;而试验组在地塞米松治疗基础上加用喜炎平注射液200 mg+250 ml生理盐水,静脉滴注,1 d/次,喜炎平注射液应用至食管炎症状加重为止。结果试验组和对照组患者放射性食管炎症状总缓解率分别为73.68%和65.79%,差别无统计学意义(P=0.454),但在食管炎症状缓解的患者中,试验组的缓解时间明显长于对照组,试验组为(9.04±2.70)d,而对照组仅为(7.52±2.35)d,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。两组分别有4例和6例发生了3级放射性食管炎,差别无统计学意义(P=0.497)。结论喜炎平注射液联合地塞米松能够增加2级放射性食管炎的症状缓解率,并明显延长缓解时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiyanping injection combined with Dexamethasone in treatment of acute radiation esophagitis. Methods Totally 76 esophageal carcinoma patients with grade 2 radiation esophagitis were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average. Patients in control group were given 5mg Dexamethasone injection for 5 days. Besides 5mg Dexamethasone, 200mg Xiyanping injection combined with 250 ml 0. 9% sodium chloride was administered by intravenous drip in treatment group until worse condition of radiation esophagitis. Results The response rate of acute radiation esophagitis was 73.68% in treatment group, compared with 65.79% in control group (P = 0. 454). However, as for patients who have had remission of symptoms, remission time lasted longer in treatment group than that in control group [ ( 9. 04 ± 2.70) days vs. ( 7.52±2.35 ) days, P = 0. 035 ]. Degree 3 radiation esophagitis happened in 4 cases in treatment group and 6 cases in control group ( P = 0. 497 ). Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with Dexamethasone could increase symptom remission rate in patients with grade 2 esophagitis, and significantly prolong remission time.
