摘要
对甘肃省兰州市企业员工进行调查后,获得278条有效数据,分析表明:变革型领导行为在领导者魅力、智力激发及个性化关怀三个维度上显著正向影响员工主观幸福感;心理授权在变革型领导行为对员工主观幸福感的正向影响中起部分中介作用。
By investigating enterprise staff in Lanzhou, Gansu province, the author obtained 278 valid data. The analysis shows that transformational leadership behavior has remarkable positive influence on employees ' subjective well-being from three dimensions such as leadership charm, intelligence excitation and personalized care. Psychological authorization plays mediating function in the positive effect of changing leadership behavior on employees' subjective well-being.
