某三甲医院转型期人力资源配置现况分析

Analysis of the current situation of human resource allocation in the transition period of a majer hospital

目的分析山西某三级甲等专科医院人力资源结构现状,探讨存在的问题及如何实现人力资源的合理配置,促进医院向研究型医院的转型发展。方法选择2017年8月山西某三级甲等专科医院在职人员2 938名,分别对性别、年龄、工龄、任职资格、职称聘任、编制、学历、学位等方面进行统计,采用描述性统计方法进行分析。结果该医院人力资源结构年轻化,35岁以下人员占58.54%;职称结构偏低,初级人员占74.81%,缺少研究员序列;学历结构偏低,硕士学历以上人员占13.55%。结论人力资源的现状严重制约着建研究型医院的目标,需对人员结构不断优化、合理配置,保证高学历人才的储备,在不断努力和改进中实现研究型医院发展的质变。

Objective To analyze the current situation of human resource structure in a three-grade first-rate specialized hospital in Shanxi Province, and to explore the existing problems and the way to achieve rational allocation of human resource, as well as to promote the transition to research-oriented hospital.Methods Essential information of 2 938 in-service staff in a three-grade first-rate specialized hospital of Shanxi Province in August 2017 were collected, including gender, age, working years, qualification, professional appointment, authorized staff, education background,academic degree,and they were analyzed by descriptive statistics.Results The human resource age structure of the hospital was young, people under 35 years old accounted for 58.54%. The title structure was low, and the primary staff accounted for 74.81%, lack of researcher sequence. The educational structure was low, and the staff above the master＇s degree accounted for 13.55%.Conclusions The present situation of human resource has already restricted seriously the goal of the research hospital, so it is necessary to optimize the personnel structure, collocate reasonably, and ensure the reserve of the high-educated talents.
