摘要
目的:建立C57BL/6小鼠胶原诱导关节炎(CIA)模型,探讨小鼠周龄对造模成功率的影响。方法:取C57BL/6小鼠50只,雌雄各半,随机分为5组,每组10只。相同饲养条件下分别饲养到7,10,11,12及14周龄,相同造模方法构建小鼠CIA模型,观察小鼠造模成功率。结果:7周,10周,11周,12周及14周小鼠造模成功率分别为20%,30%,30%,50%及60%,其中雌性小鼠占46%,雄性小鼠占54%。结论:胶原诱导关节炎小鼠造模成功率受周龄影响,14周时成功率可达60%;造模成功率不受小鼠性别影响。
This study was aimed to investigate the acting factors for modeling success rate of collagen induced arthritis(CIA) in C57 BL/6 mice. A total of 50 C57 BL/6 mice of half male and half female were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 10 mice in each group. CIA was induced by intradermal immunizing C57 BL/6 mice with collagen typeⅡ(CⅡ) when the mice were 7, 10, 11, 12 and 14 weeks old. The modeling success rate was observed. The results showed that the modeling success rate of 7, 10, 11, 12 and 14 weeks old mice were 20%, 30%, 30%, 50% and 60%, respectively. Among them, female mice occupied 46%, and male mice occupied 54%. The arthritis score and pathological examination results showed that mice had typical arthritis symptoms. It was concluded that the incidence of arthritis could be influenced by age. The success rate of 14 weeks can be 60%. The success rate was not affected by the gender of mice.
