摘要
参附注射液主要成分为人参皂苷和生物碱。主要用于阳气暴脱的厥脱症,相当于现代医学上的休克等症。参附注射液应用于临床休克等心血管疾病方面的治疗已近30年,疗效确切,且安全性好。故对其药效物质基础与药理作用机制的深入研究显得尤为重要。本文查阅了近10年来发表的相关文献,对参附注射液抗休克方面的物质基础及作用机制研究进行了综述,以期为参附注射液在心血管方面的临床应用提供一定参考。
Ginsenoside and alkaloids are the major components of Shenfu Injection, indicated manily for syncope andcollapse due to sudden collapse of yang-qi, which was equivalent to the shock on the modern medicine, etc. Shenfu Injection has been used for shock and other cardiovascular diseases for nearly 30 years. It has been proved to be safe andeffective. Thus, it was very important to further study on its material basis and pharmacological mechanism. This paperreviewed the material basis and effect of Shenfu Injection on shock in the last ten years to provide some references for theclinical application of Shenfu Injection in terms of cardiovascular.
