摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative colitis,UC)发病率逐年上升,病程迁延难愈,并且极容易复发。近些年来,中药灌肠在对UC的症状及预后改善、缩短病程、减少复发等方面发挥重要的作用,故而通过文献检索,从经方、经验方、辨证选方用药、中药+西药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎等方面探究UC的治疗进展,进而说明中药灌肠在治疗溃疡性结肠炎方面取得的确切临床疗效,以及中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床推广价值。
The incidence of ulcerative colitis（UC） is rising year by year. The disease course is long. It is difficult to cure and very easy to recur. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） enema plays an important role in improving symptoms and prognosis of UC, shortening the disease course, reducing the recurrence and so on. Therefore, in this paper, the curative effect and clinical application value of TCM enema in UC treatment were clarified in details through searching literatures, summarizing the experience and dialectical prescription drugs as well as the latest research progress of TCM and western medicine enema in UC treatment.
