低孔低渗储层流体性质测录井综合识别方法研究现状与展望 被引量:21

Research status and outlook of the mud logging and well logging data comprehensive recognition for the low porosity and permeability of the reservoir fluid properties

摘要 低孔低渗储层流体含量较少,流体性质在测井上的响应特征不够明显.因此,需要一套更有效地流体性质识别方法.基于文献调研和案例研究,本文系统考察了低孔低渗储层现有的测井、录井识别技术,给出了综合应用测井、录井资料识别低渗透储层流体性质的工作流程,并对技术发展方向做了展望.研究认为:可依据方法原理、使用资料特点将测井识别技术分为电法、声波、核测井、核磁共振四类;录井技术分为交会图、油气含量对比、参数对比三类;测录井综合识别技术分为简便分析和数据挖掘技术两类;通过选取适当数据挖掘技术进行测录井综合识别,符合率约90%,比单独使用测井资料和录井资料识别符合率提高了约10%,有明显提升;在使用数据挖掘技术时,敏感参数选取、模式识别方法的选择等都是值得考虑的重要问题,这些问题是低孔低渗储层流体性质识别技术的难题和主攻方向. The identification of the fluid properties in the reservoirs with low porosity and low permeability is directly related to the discovery of the oil and gas formations and their efficient development. For this type of reservoirs,the porosity is usually relatively lower with the low content of the fluid compared to the conventional reservoirs. Therefore,the responses of the well logging data on the fluid properties are not obvious. This requires a more effective approach to identify the fluid properties. Based on the literature review and the comprehensive analysis of the current technologies of well logging and mud logging for the fluid property identification of reservoirs with low porosity and low permeability,the advantages and disadvantages of the current technologies are given and the workflow of integrating well logging and mud logging data for fluid property identification of low permeable reservoirs is proposed. Furthermore,the possible methods that could be applied are also discussed. The research shows that,the identification of fluid properties of reservoirs with low porosity and low permeability by well logging technology is severely affected by the fluid contents,and therefore,it is hard to identify the oil and gas formations effectively and accurately by the well logging technologies alone.The incorporation of the mud logging data is a feasible method for the fluid property identification of reservoir with low porosity and low permeability. However,when using the data mining technologies forthe comprehensive identifications of fluid properties, the normalization of the mud logging data,and the selections of the parameters and pattern recognition methods are all important problems that need to be considered carefully. These problems are crucial in the fluid property identification of reservoirs with low porosity and low permeability,which provide the directions for the future research.
