Preliminary Study on Acupuncture Application of One-Qi Flow Thoughts of HUANG Yuanyu

目的:分析黄元御一气周流思想的理论,并在针刺临床中指导应用,发现其中的医理及规律。方法:通过研究古代文献并对黄元御一气周流思想进行理论分析,参以临床应用,在实践中体会,证明其有效性及科学性,逐步形成诊断治疗体系。结论:黄元御的一气周流思想能有效指导针刺治疗,体系完整,从辨证选穴到疗效评价均能发挥良好的指导作用,同时其医理明确,思维过程清晰,易于学习,有利于临床的应用和推广。

Objective： To analyze one-Qi flow thoughts of HUANG Yuanyu,and the application in acupuncture clinical guidance,according to the law and found medical. Methods： Theoretically analyzing through the study of ancient literature and the spirit of one-Qi flow thoughts of HUANG Yuanyu,reference to the clinical application and experience in practice,to prove its validity and scientificity,to deepen understanding and thinking about a leading company. Conclusion： HUANG Yuanyu＇s thought is an effective mentor for the acupuncture treatment,the complete system,from the dialectical point selection to efficacy evaluation can play a good role in the medical instructor,clear,clear thinking,easy to learn,is conducive to the clinical application and promotion.
