活血益气汤对糖尿病并发CAD患者疗效及血浆CRP、HCY水平的影响

Effect of Huoxue Yiqi Decoction for Patients with Diabetes Complicated with CAD and It's Influence on Plasma CRP and HCY

目的:观察活血益气汤对糖尿病合并CAD患者的疗效及血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)、血同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的影响。方法:选取我院2015年3月到2016年3月间收治的糖尿病合并CAD患者88例,随机分为研究组及对照组,每组各44例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用活血益气汤。对比两组患者治疗后4周及治疗前血脂指标、血糖指标及血浆CRP、HCY水平;同时对比两组治疗4周后的心电图改善情况及中医症候评分。结果:治疗后观察组血脂指标、血糖指标及血浆CRP、HCY水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心电图有效率及中医症候有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:西药联合活血益气汤可降低糖尿病合并CAD患者血糖,改善心功能、中医证候评分及血脂指标,值得临床推广。

Objective： Studying the effect of Huoxue Yiqi Decoction on the curative effect of plasma C-reactive protein（ CRP） and blood HCY in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with CAD. Methods： Chosed 88 patients with diabetes mellitus from March 2015 to March 2016. Randomly divided them into study group and controlled group,44 cases in each group. The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine. On the basis of this,the observation group was treated with Huoxue Yiqi Decoction. The levels of serum glucose and plasma CRP and HCY were measured at 4 weeks after treatment and before treatment. At the same time,the electrocardiogram improvement and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks. Results： After treatment,the levels of blood lipid,blood glucose and plasma CRP and HCY were significantly lower than those in the controlled group（ P 0. 05）. The effective rate of electrocardiogram and the effective rate of TCM syndrome were significantly higher than those of the controlled group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Western medicine combined with Huoxue Yiqi Decoction can reduce blood glucose,improve heart function,TCM syndrome score and blood lipid index in diabetic patients with CAD,and it is worthy of popularization.
