电针夹脊穴对脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛的疗效观察

Effect of Applying Electroacupuncture at Jiaji Points in Treating Central Pain after Spinal Cord Injury

目的:观察电针夹脊穴对脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛的效果。方法:将我院2013年10月到2015年10月收治的脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛患者54例随机分为电针组(27例)和对照组(27例),两组患者均行常规西药治疗,电针组另行电针夹脊穴疗法。比较两组治疗前后的体感诱发电位(SEP)、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗前,两组疼痛、焦虑和日常生活能力评分结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组各项评分均改善,电针组各项评分改善效果远优于对照组(P<0.05);电针组临床有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组在治疗期间及治疗后均未出现不良反应。结论:电针夹脊穴对脊髓损伤中枢性疼痛的效果显著,明显缓解中枢性疼痛,提高临床有效率,安全有效,值得在临床治疗上推广。

Objective： To dicuss the effect of electroacupuncture at Jiaji points for central pain after spinal cord injury.Methods： From October 2013 to October 2015 of 54 patients with central pain after spinal cord injury were randomly divided into electric acupuncture group（ 27 cases） and controlled group（ 27 cases）,the two groups of patients underwent routine western medicine treatment,the electric acupuncture group was separately given acusector clip ridge point therapy. Comparing the two groups before and after treatment of somatosensory evoked potential（ SEP）,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results： Before treatment,the two groups of pain,anxiety,and daily life ability score results had no statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）,after treatment the scores were improved in both groups,the electric acupuncture group of the score improvement effect was far better than the controlled group（ P0. 05）; The clinical effectiveness of the electric acupuncture group was higher than the controlled group,there had significant difference（ P 0. 05）; In the two groups with no adverse reactions occurred during and after treatment. Conclusion： The curative effect of applying electroacupuncture at Jiaji points in treating central pain after spinal cord injury is remarkable,obviously relieve central pain,improve clinical effective,safe and effective,is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
