针灸结合镜像疗法对脑卒中后下肢肢体功能恢复的疗效及护理效果观察

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Mirror Therapy on Functional Recovery of Posterior Lower Limb after Stroke and Observation on Nursing Effect

目的:观察在脑卒中患者早期康复中,针灸结合镜像疗法对下肢肢体功能恢复的疗效。方法:选择2015年3月至2017年3月因脑卒中来我科室住院治疗的患者120例,根据excel表格随机数字表法随机分为两组:术后采用针灸联合镜像疗法护理组(治疗组,60例)和针灸联合常规康复护理组(对照组,60人)共治疗4个疗程。比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分、FMA评分、MBI评分、Brunnstrom分级优良率以及FAC分级优良率。结果:研究结果显示,两组治疗后各症状积分较治疗前都有所降低,但是治疗组下降的幅度更大(P<0.05),两组治疗后FMA评分、MBI评分显著高于治疗前,治疗组FMA评分、MBI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的下肢Brunnstrom分级和FAC分级优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中后下肢肢体功能障碍患者予以传统针灸疗法和镜像疗法康复护理干预,可以促进下肢肢体功能康复,改善患者生存质量。

Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with mirror therapy on the recovery of limb function in the early rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods： From March 2015 to March 2017 due to stroke patients in our department of120 cases,according to the excel table were randomly divided into two groups： treated with acupuncture combined with mirror therapy nursing group（ 60 cases in treatment group） and acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation nursing group（ controlled group,60 cases were treated）,4 courses were exerted. The TCM symptom scores,FMA scores,MBI scores,Brunnstrom classification rates and the good rate of FAC classification were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The results showed that the symptom score of the two groups after treatment was reduced,but the treatment group decreased more dramatically（ P 0. 05）; FMA score and MBI score of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment; FMA score and MBI score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the controlled group（ P0. 05）; After treatment,lower extremity Brunnstrom classification and FAC the excellent and good rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the controlled group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The traditional acupuncture therapy and mirror therapy rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of limb function and improve the quality of life in patients with lower extremity limb dysfunction after stroke.
