基于数据挖掘的理脾阴法治疗虚劳(重症迁延期)规律探讨

Explore of Rules of Consumptive Disease(Severe Disease at Protraction Stage)of Spleen Yin Method in Treatment Based on Data Mining

目的探究理脾阴法治疗虚劳(重症迁延期)的规律。方法建立虚劳理脾阴方剂数据库,录入明、清及民国理脾阴方剂的组成、四气五味、归经,运用数据挖掘与方剂计量学方法,从用药范围及方剂配伍两方面,对理脾阴法证治虚劳(重症迁延期)规律进行探讨。结果用药范围上,共用药204次,用药频次从高到底前3为山药、白芍、甘草;方剂用药五味频数最高为甘淡味144次;方剂用药四性频数最高为平性94次;方剂用药归经频数最高为脾经131次。方剂配伍上,挖掘出关联规则9条,支持度最高的为白芍→甘草,置信度最高的为山药→牛蒡子。结论治则上补泻兼施,滋阴辅以和阳;治法上以和法与补法并重,以甘淡扶脾法与酸甘化阴法合用补脾阴;用药五味配伍以甘淡酸苦为主;用药平和,四气配伍以平性药为主,辅以寒热并施。

Objective： To study the rules of Consumptive Disease（Severe Disease at Protraction Stage）of spleen yin method in treatment. Methods： To establish consumptive spleen Yin prescription database,input the composition,four propertiesand five tastes and channel tropism in the spleen Yin prescription from Ming dynasty,qing dynasty and republic of China. Use data mining and prescription measurement methods.The law of the Consumptive Disease（Severe Disease at Protraction Stage）of spleen yin method in treatment was discussed from the two aspects of drug range and prescription. Results： In the range of medicine,the drug was treated 204 times,and the drug frequency was from the top three to the yam,paeonia,licorice;The maximum of five flavors of prescription drugs was 144. The fourth sex frequency of prescription drug was 94 times. The maximum frequency of prescription drugs was 131 times of the spleen. On the compatibility of prescription,nine rules of association rule were excavated,with the highest support for {paeoniae→liquorice},the highest degree of confidence for {yam→ burdock}. Conclusion：The treating principle is tonification and purgation in combination,nourishing yin and harmonizing yang in combination.The therapy are demulcent therapy and therapy for invigoration in combination,nourishing yin with sour and sweet drugs in combination,supporting the spleen with sweet and mild drugs in combination. The compatibility of the five flavours are sweet,mild,sour and bitter drugs in combination. The drug is mild,and the four-gas compatibility is mainly based on the combination of cold and heat.
