基于数据挖掘的治疗肠痈方剂配伍规律研究

Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Acute Appendicitis Based on Data Mining Methods

目的运用中医传承辅助系统软件(V2.5)分析治疗肠痈方剂的配伍规律。方法选取《中医方剂大辞典》中主治病证为肠痈的方剂,建立方剂数据库,采用频数分析、关联规则分析、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督熵聚类等方法进行数据挖掘。结果共纳入101首治疗肠痈的方剂,用药共计152味;寒、温药物使用均衡;归肝、脾、心、胃、大肠经药物使用频次居多;使用频次在10及以上的药物有21味,甘草、大黄、当归、牡丹皮、薏苡仁居前5位;药物功效中,补虚药、活血药、清热药、利水药居多;得到常用药物模式16个,关联规则8条,核心药对8个,新处方4首。结论肠痈总治法为和法,治则为调理气血阴阳,组方特点寒热并用、攻补兼施、辛开苦降,具体治法包括活血化瘀、通腑泄热、利水消肿、清热解毒、滋阴温阳等。在现代中医处方中,既要遵守中医分期辨证论治肠痈,又要着眼于肠痈总的治法及治则。

Objective： To analyze the medication rule in herbal for acute appendicitis by using Chinese medicine inheritance support system v2.5（TCMISS v2.5）. Methods： The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine dictionary of acute appendicitis prescriptions were selected,and the database of prescriptions was established. Composition principles were analyzed with data mining methods,such as frequency polygon,revised mutual information and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results： The total of 101 prescriptions with acute appendicitis and 152 Chinese medicine were included;cold and temperature drugs reached a balance. The channel tropism included liver,spleen,heart,stomach and large intestine. There were 21 types of medicine used frequently of 10 times and above. Zhigancao,Dahuang,Danggui,Mudanpi,Yiyiren were on the top 5. In the drug efficacy,the restoring vital medicine,blood-activating medicine,heat-clearing medicine and watering medicine were mostly used;There were 16 common drug patterns,8 rules of association,8 core drugs and 4 new prescriptions. Conclusion： Acute appendicitis treatment is a demulcent therapy. The therapeutic principle is regulating Qi and blood,as well as Yin and Yang. The feature of compatibility of medicines includes the combined use of cold and hot herbs,simultaneous application of purging-tonifying therapy and Xinkaikujiang. Specific treatment includes promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,dredging intestines to dispel heat,inducing diuresis to alleviate edema,clearing heat and removing toxin,nourishing Yin and Yang,etc. In modern prescription,it is necessary not only to comply with the TCM differentiation acute appendicitis,but also focus on the general treatment and treatment of acute appendicitis.
