青柏溃结汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠黏膜SOD及MDA影响的研究

Study on Qingbai Kuijie Decoction on SOD and MDA of Colonic Mucosa in UC Rats

目的观察青柏溃结汤对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法健康雄性SD大鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组、SASP组、康复新液组、青柏溃结汤组。乙酸法复制UC大鼠模型。各组给对应药物治疗后,检测结肠组织SOD和MDA含量。结果与空白组比较,模型组SOD含量下降(P<0.01),MDA含量上升(P<0.01);与柳氮磺吡啶组比较,青柏溃结汤组MDA含量含量下降(P<0.01);与康复新液组比较,SOD含量上升(P<0.05),MDA含量下降(P<0.05)。结论青柏溃结汤可以使UC大鼠结肠组织的SOD活性升高、MDA含量降低,清除氧自由基,减少结肠黏膜损伤。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Qingbai Kuijie Decoction on superoxide dismutase（SOD） and malondialdehyde（MDA） in UC rats and its possible mechanism. Methods： Healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group,the model group,SASP group,Kangfuxin Decoction group,and Qingbai Kuijie Decoction group. UC rat model was reproduced with acetic acid method. Each group was treated with corresponding drugs,and the levels of SOD and MDA in the colon tissue were detected. Results： Compared with the control group,the SOD content of the model group decreased（P 〈 0.01）,and the content of MDA increased（P 〈 0.01）;compared with sulfasalazine group,the content of MDA of Qingbai Kuijie Decoction group decreased（P 〈 0.01）;compared with Kangfuxin Decoction group,the content of SOD increased（P 〈 0.05）,and the content of MDA dropped（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Qingbai Kuijie Decoction can increase the activity of SOD and reduce the content of MDA in the colon tissue of UC rats,scavenge the oxygen free radical and reduce the colonic mucosa damage.
