蒙特利尔分型下溃疡性结肠炎急性期保留灌肠插管深度的探讨

Investigation of Catheter Depth of Retention Enema on Treating acute Ulcerative Colitis According to Montreal Classification

目的观察不同插管深度对溃疡性结肠炎急性期患者保留灌肠时药液保留时间及疗效的影响。方法将患者78例按随机数字表法分为治疗组40例与对照组38例。在其余条件无差异的情况下,治疗组按病变范围的蒙特利尔分型规定插管深度(E1:15～20 cm;E2:20～25 cm;E3:25～35 cm),对照组按《新编护理学基础》规定插管深度,对两组患者保留灌肠药液的保留时间及疗效进行比较、分析。结果与对照组相比,治疗组患者的药物保留时间及疗效方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保留灌肠按蒙特利尔分型规定插管深度,可使药物保留时间延长,疗效明显提高。

Objective： To investigate the effect of different catheter depth of retention enema on treating acute ulcerative colitis on retention time of enema and efficacy. Methods： 78 cases were divided randomly into treatment group（n = 40） and contral group. There was no significant abnormality on two groups. The catheter depth of the treatment group was stipulated according to Montreal classification（E1：15 ～20 cm;E2：20 ～25 cm;E3：25 ～35 cm）. The catheter depth of the control group was stipulated according to New Compilation of Basic Nursing（15～20 cm）. The retention time of enema and efficacy were arrived,and were analyzed. Result： The treatment group was superior to the control group in retention time of enema and efficacy（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： The catheter depth of retention enema was stipulated according to Montreal classification.The retention time of enema was extended and the efficacy markedly was improved.
