Influencing Factors of Online Comparison for Liquid Flowmeters by Ultrasonic Flowmeter

许多液体流量计无法离线送检,部分可以采用超声流量计在线比对的方式对流量计的工作状态进行确认。对比对有影响的因素有声速、管道内流体的轴向平均流速、声道长度、管道外周长和管道壁厚等。分析对比对有影响的因素,并提出相应的处理方法。

Many liquid flowmeters can＇t be off line calibrated, some of them can be online measured by comparison with Ultrasonic flowmeter. Many factors have influence on comparison, such as acoustic velocity, path, pip axial average velocity, the length of sound e circumference, wall thickness etc. The influencing factors of online comparison are analyzed, and offer solution for the influencing factorsand offer solution for the influencing factors.
