摘要
在切割温度90℃下对FCC汽油进行馏分切割。采用氧化-吸附工艺脱除FCC汽油重馏分中的硫化物。以H_2O_2为氧化剂,HCOOH-H_2SO_4杂多酸为催化剂,抚顺二厂混合平衡催化剂为吸附剂,考察工艺条件对脱硫效果的影响,并对脱硫前后油品的硫类型分布进行检测分析。结果表明,在V(H_2O_2)∶V(H_2SO_4)∶V(HCOOH)=23∶1.5∶3、氧化温度为60℃、m(吸附剂)∶m(油)=0.5、吸附温度为70℃、吸附时间为60 min的条件下,体系脱硫率为72.4%。
Fractions of FCC gasoline are cut at 90℃.Sulfides are removed from heavy fractions of FCC gasoline by oxidation-adsorption process.The influence of technological conditions on the desulfurization efficiency is investigated by using H2O2 as oxidant,HCOOH-H2SO4 heteropoly acid as catalyst and the self-made hybrid equilibrium catalyst as adsorbent.The sulfur type distribution in the oil products before and after desulfurization is detected and analyzed. The results show that the desulfurization rate can reach 72. 4% under the conditions of v( H2O2) ∶V( H2SO4) ∶v( HCOOH) =23 ∶1. 5 ∶3,oxidation temperature 60℃,m( adsorbent) ∶ m( oil) = 0. 5,adsorption temperature 70℃ and adsorption time60 min.
