摘要
针对蓬莱老化原油破乳脱水困难问题,首先在原油性质分析的基础上提出破乳脱水方案。通过将不同化学药剂与破乳剂进行复配,得到脱水效果较好的化学药剂配方。针对得到的化学药剂配方对上游现场不同油舱的老化油进行脱水实验,结果显示,加入化学药剂经24 h沉降脱水处理后,能够将初始含水量47.5%的老化油含水率降至1%以下。另外,针对油水界面处的絮状物以及脱出水质进行分析研究,并考察了化学药剂处理后老化油同外输原油掺炼对电脱盐装置的影响。结合上下游针对老化油的不同处理难题,提出老化油预处理加工建议方案,可以满足上下游现场处理脱水要求。
Aiming at solving the problem of difficulty in demulsification and dehydration for aging crude oil produced in Penglai,a specific demulsification and dehydration scheme based on analyzing the properties of crude oil.Through the complex formulation of different chemical agents and demulsify agents,the chemical formulation with good dehydration effect is obtained. Dehydration experiments on aging crude oil in different oil tanks are performed over the obtained chemical agent formulation.The results show that the water content of aging crude oil can be dropped from initial 47. 5% to below 1% after it has been treated by adding chemical agent for 24 h. In addition,the flocs at the oil-water interface and the quality of removed water are analyzed and studied. The influence of the refining of aging crude oil blended with imported crude oil on the electric desalting unit is investigated. Combined with the different treatment problems of aging crude oil in the upper and lower reaches,a scheme for pretreatment and processing of aging crude oil is proposed,which can meet the requirements of dehydration treatment in the upper and lower reaches.
