Data Mining Research about Data of TCM in Prevention and Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的：应用数据挖掘技术研究有关中医药防治冠心病数据挖掘的文献,了解中医药防治数据挖掘的现状,并进一步应用数据挖掘技术为研究中医药防治冠心病提供参考。方法：检索中文期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）数据库,根据纳入标准及排除标准纳入文献,从文献类别、发表年份、数据挖掘方法及软件、资料来源、研究领域等方面进行数据分析。结果：共纳入中医药防治冠心病相关数据挖掘文献50篇,最近5年发表40篇;文献类别以期刊为主,占50%;建立数据库软件以Microsoft office excel为主,占19.61%,而数据分析软件以SPSS为主,占21.88%;数据挖掘方法涉及频数分析、聚类分析、关联分析、相关分析等为主;资料来源以临床病案记录（门诊及病房）和现代期刊硕博文献为主,占88%;研究领域则集中于中药复方用药规律,占25.44%。结论：应用数据挖掘技术研究中医药防治冠心病成果显著,但研究深度及广度不足,只有进一步加大研究力度并充分利用数据挖掘的优势,才能有效推动中医药防治冠心病的研究。

Objective： To apply the method of data mining to analyze the data of the TCM in prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis and study the current situation of TCM in prevention and treatmentof pulmonary fibrosis. Further more,to provide a reference for the pulmonary fibrosis prevention and treatment using TCM. Methods： We searched the literature in the database of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM. And we analyzed the data from literature category,publication year,data mining methods,software and data sources. Results： Totally 19 pieces of literature were included,which included 16 pieces of literature published in recent five years. The main category of literature was periodical,accounting for 73. 68%. The main database software was Microsoft Office Excel,accounting for 57. 89%. And the main data analysis software was SPSS,accounting for 54. 17%. The data mining approach involved the frequency analysis,cluster analysis,correlation analysis,factor analysis and correspondence analysis. The main parts of data sources were masters and doctors degree papers,which accounted for 73. 69%. The research field was concentrated on the rules of Chinese compound prescription,which had the represent of 84. 21%. Conclusion： The application of data mining technology has a prominent result in studying TCM medicine to prevent and treat pulmonary,but there is a lack of depth and breadth. Only when further efforts were put into study the advantages of data mining,can it promote the study of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
