表观遗传学与体质可调论关系的探析

在人体生命过程中,体质是按时相展开的生命过程,体质的形成既禀赋于先天,又关系于后天。中医体质学认为,通过对后天的干预可以调整体质偏颇。并提出,通过调节基因表达可干预体质。随着遗传学的发展,表观遗传学的提出,为体质可调论提供了科学依据。目前,表观遗传学与疾病发生的关系被人们所重视,有望以表观遗传学为切入点通过辨体论治治疗人类某些疾病。

Constitution of traditional Chinese medicine is a life process as time going on,in the process of human life. Constitution is constituted with innate and acquired,and it could be adjusted by something. And constitution of traditional Chinese medicine considers that regulating gene expression can be intervened in the constitution. With the development of genetics,epigenetics is researched by researchers. It provides a basis for theory of adjustable constitution. At present,the relationship between epigenetics and the disease should be paid great attention to. And it is expected epigenetics as the breakthrough by the constitution differentiation and treatment to treat human certain diseases.
