摘要
目的:探讨益气活血解毒中药化纤胶囊水煎剂对脓毒症患者AT-Ⅲ的影响。方法:将纳入实验标准的80例脓毒症患者随机分为两组:对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组的脓毒症患者按照西医常规治疗,治疗组的脓毒症患者按照西医常规治疗的基础上再加用益气活血解毒中药化纤胶囊水煎剂一起中西医结合治疗。研究分析实验数据比较两组脓毒症患者AT-Ⅲ、住院时间和28 d病死率。结果:治疗组的患者用中西医结合治疗后AT-Ⅲ水平较对照组患者明显升高(P〈0.05),治疗组的患者住ICU时间比对照组患者明显更短(P〈0.05),治疗组患者的APACHEⅡ评分比较明显低于对照组患者(P〈0.05),28 d病死率低于对照组。结论:益气活血解毒法可明显升高脓毒症患者的AT-Ⅲ水平,缩短脓毒症患者的住ICU时间,提高脓毒症患者的28 d生存率,可以很好地应用于临床。
Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation and relieving toxin formula Huaxian Capsule in patients with sepsis AT-III. Methods: Eighty patients with sepsis were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group( n = 40). The control group used the routine treatment and the treatment group added Huaxian Capsule. We analyzed the experimental data of two groups’ AT-III,hospitalization time and mortality rate of 28 d. Results: The treatment group’ s AT-III levels were significantly increased compared with that of the control group( P 〈 0. 05). The treatment group’s ICU time was significantly shorter than that of the control group( P 〈 0. 05). The treatment group’s APACHE score was significantly lower than that of the control group( P 〈 0. 05). The mortality rate of 28 d was lower than that of control group. Conclusion: The method of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation can significantly improve the AT-III level of patients with sepsis,shorten the time of ICU and improve the survival rate of 28 d.
