通络蠲痹汤外洗防治化疗药物导致周围神经毒性临床观察

Clinical Observation on Preventing and Treating Chemotherapeutic Drugs Induced Peripheral Nerve Toxicity by External Application of Tongluo Juanbi Decoction

目的：观察通络蠲痹汤外洗防治化疗药物所致周围神经毒性的临床疗效。方法：将60例含有致周围神经毒性化疗药的化疗患者随机分为两组,治疗组与观察组。对照组化疗在化疗的第1天口服甲钴胺0.5 g,3次/d,连续14 d,治疗组在化疗的第1天起予通络蠲痹汤外洗14 d。统计分析治疗前后两组患者血清NGF水平、KPS评分、神经毒性的发生率及分级。结果：通络蠲痹汤外洗减缓血清NGF下降趋势,提高KPS评分,降低神经毒性的发生率。结论：通络蠲痹汤能够有效防治化疗药所致周围神经毒性的发生。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongluo Juanbi Decoction in the prevention and treatment of peripheral nerve toxicity caused by chemotherapy. Methods： Sixty patients with chemotherapy containing peripheral neurotoxic chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group and the observation group. Control group on the first day of chemotherapy used oral administration of mecobalamin 0. 5 g,three times a day for 14 days. The treatment group on the first day of chemotherapy used Tongluo Juanbi Decoction by exteranl washing for 14 days. The levels of serum NGF,KPS score,neurotoxicity and grade were analyzed before and after treatment. Results： Tongluo Juanbi Decoction slowed down the serum NGF decline,improved the KPS score and reduced the incidence of neurotoxicity. Conclusion： Tongluo Juanbi Decoction can effectively control the occurrence of peripheral nerve toxicity caused by chemotherapy drugs.
