柴枳理中汤治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Chaizhi Lizhong Decoction in Treating Functional Dyspepsia of Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency Syndrome

目的：探讨柴枳理中汤治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法：选择2013年12月—2016年6月在本院接受治疗的108例脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组（n=54）与研究组（n=54）,对照组患者口服多潘立酮片与乳酶生片治疗,研究组患者口服柴枳理中汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、生活质量评分、中医证候积分与不良反应发生情况。结果：对照组治疗有效率较研究组更低（75.93%VS 96.30%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组生活质量评分上升,而中医证候积分降低,且研究组生活质量评分上升幅度及中医证候评分降低幅度较对照组更大,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组不良反应发生率较研究组更高（11.11%VS 0.00%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用柴枳理中汤治疗脾胃气虚型FD可显著提升临床治疗效果,缓解患者临床症状,减少不良反应的发生,改善生活质量,值得进一步推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Chaizhi Lizhong Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia（ FD）. Methods： A total of 108 patients with functional dyspepsia were enrolled in our hospital from December 2015 to June 2016.They were randomly divided into control group and study group（ n = 54）. The patients in the control group were treated with domperidone tablets and lactase,and the study group was treated with oral administration of Chaizhi Lizhong Decoction. The clinical efficacy,quality of life score,TCM syndrome score and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group（ 75. 93% vs 96. 30%） and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of life quality of the two groups increased while the score of TCM syndrome decreased,and the improvement of life quality score and the score of TCM syndrome score in the study group were larger than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the study group（ 11. 11% vs 0. 00%） and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Dyspepsia patients with Chaizhi Lizhong Decoction can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of further promotion.
