调经Ⅰ号方对肾虚痰阻型PCOS患者FSH、LH、T的影响

Effect of Regulating Menstruation No.1 Formula on FSH,LH and T in Patients with Deficiency of Kidney and Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的：观察自拟方调经Ⅰ号方对PCOS肾虚痰阻型月经后期患者的内分泌指标（激素水平、痤疮、多毛等）的影响。方法：选取符合纳入标准的165例PCOS患者分为治疗组和对照组：治疗组86例,给予调经Ⅰ号方治疗;对照组79例,给予达英-35治疗。治疗时间均为3个月。记录两组治疗前后月经周期,中医证候积分,LH、FSH、LH/FSH、T指标,比较两组调经、改善中医肾虚痰阻证候的疗效。结果：治疗后两组比较,月经周期均有明显缩短,对照组经期短于治疗组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组在改善中医证候方面总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组LH、LH/FSH、T值显著降低;治疗组总有效率89.53%,对照组总有效率48.10%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：调经I号方不仅可有效改善患者月经周期推后症状,肾虚痰阻证候表现,而且存在改善卵巢功能,促进排卵的趋势。

Objective： To observe the effect of regulating menstruation No. 1 formula constituted by ourselves for endocrine indexes（ such as hormone level,acne,hirsutism） on late menstruation patients who belong to deficiency of kidney and phlegm stagnation syndrome of PCOS. Methods： Totally 165 cases of PCOS patients who complied with inclusive criteria were divided into two groups including treatment group and control group. The treatment group’s 86 cases were given the regulating menstruation No. 1 formula. The control group’ s 79 cases were given the Diane-35. It all needs three months. We compared the efficacy of two groups by recording menstrual cycle before and after treatment in two groups,TCM syndrome scores,LH,FSH,LH/FSH and T.Results： After treatment,the menstrual cycle was significantly shortened in two groups,and the treatment group’s was shorter than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group had a higher overall effective rate than the control group on improving kidney weakness and phlegm blocking syndrome of TCM and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. In control group,LH,FSH,LH/FSH and T were significantly decreased. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89. 53%,and the control group’ s was 48. 10% and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： Not only can regulating menstruation No. 1 formula improve the symptoms of delayed menstruation and deficiency of kidney and phlegm stagnation,but also improve the ovarian function and stimulate ovulation.
