半夏泻心汤加减联合灌肠方式治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的应用研究

Study on Application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Enema in Treatment of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis

目的：观察半夏泻心汤加减联合灌肠方式治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2015年12月—2016年6月在本院接受治疗的86例慢性溃疡性结肠炎为研究对象,按就诊编号分为两组,单号纳入研究组（n=43）,双号纳入对照组（n=43）。对照组采用西药灌肠方式治疗,研究组采用半夏泻心汤加减联合灌肠方式治疗。比较两组临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为93.02%（40/43）,明显高于对照组72.09%（31/43）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组不良反应发生率为4.65%（2/43）,明显低于对照组23.26%（10/43）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者采用半夏泻心汤加减联合灌肠方式进行治疗,可明显提高临床疗效,缓解患者临床症状,减少不良反应的发生,优势显著,具有临床推广意义。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with enema in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods： Eighty-six cases of patients with chronic ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from December 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the consultation number. The single group was included in the study group（ n = 43） and the double group was included in the control group（ n = 43）. The control group was treated with Western medicine enema,and the study group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with enema. The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 93.02%（ 40/43） in the study group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 72. 09%,31/43）. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4. 65%（ 2/43）,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 23. 26%,10/43）. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with chronic ulcerative colitis,Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with enema can significantly improve clinical efficacy and ease the clinical symptoms to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with significant advantages and clinical significance.
