导引配合温针灸治疗肩周炎疼痛和活动受限的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Shoulder Pain and Range of Motion Caused by Scapulohumeral Periarthritis with Daoyin and Warming Needle Moxibustion

目的：总结导引配合温针灸治疗肩周炎的临床研究,判断此方法改善肩关节疼痛和活动范围,松解粘连的疗效。方法：将60例患者分为治疗组（导引配合温针组）和对照组（电针组）,观察两组的疗效并做统计学分析。结果：两组的总有效率均较高,而治疗组的总有效率高于对照组。在疼痛评分方面两者无明显统计学意义,肩关节活动范围方面和日常生活能力方面有统计学意义。结论：导引与温针灸的配合可以显著改善患者肩关节的疼痛,并对肩关节活动功能有提高,对本病表现的粘连在松解上存在优势。

Objective： To summarize the clinical research on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis by Daoyin and warming needle moxibustion and judge the effect of this method to improve the shoulder pain and range of motion and release the adhesion. Methods： Sixty patients were divided into treatment group（ Daoyin with warming needle moxibustion group） and control group（ electroacupuncture group） and we observed the effects of two groups and carried out the statistical analysis. Results： The total effective rates of two groups were both high,and the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Both pain scores had no obvious statistical significance and the scope of shoulder joint activities and daily life ability had statistical significance. Conclusion： Daoyin and warming needle moxibustion can significantly improve the pain in patients with shoulder and shoulder mobility function and has advantage on the release of adhesion.
