针灸治疗血液透析患者肌肉痉挛的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Acupuncture for Muscle Spasm in Hemodialysis Patients

目的：观察针灸治疗血液透析患者肌肉痉挛的临床疗效。方法：将118例血液透析合并肌肉痉挛患者随机分为两组,对照组59例应用常规西医治疗,研究组59例在对照组治疗基础上加用针灸治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。统计两组治疗前后各1个月内血液透析时肌肉痉挛发生情况,评定两组治疗后临床疗效,检测两组治疗前后血浆游离肉碱浓度,记录两组治疗前后改良Barthel指数（MBI）评分。结果：治疗后,两组平均每月肌肉痉挛发生频率、平均每次肌肉痉挛持续时间以及疼痛程度均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05）,且研究组均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组血浆游离肉碱浓度均较治疗前显著提升,且研究组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组MBI评分均较治疗前显著提升,且研究组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸治疗血液透析患者肌肉痉挛,能明显改善肌肉痉挛发生情况,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture for the treatment of muscle spasm in hemodialysis patients. Methods： A total of 118 cases with muscle spasm in hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups： 59 cases in control group were given conventional western medicine treatment; 59 cases in study group were given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 3 months. Muscle spasm during hemodialysis was observed within 1 month before and after treatment in the two groups and the clinical efficacy after treatment was compared in the two groups. The plasma free carnitine concentration before and after treatment was detected in the two groups. Modified Barthel Index（ MBI） score before and after treatment was recorded in the two groups. Results： After treatment,the average monthly frequency of muscle spasm,the duration of each muscle spasm and the degree of pain were significantly decreased in the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）,and the study group’s were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Plasma free carnitine concentration was significantly increased in the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05） and the study group’s was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.MBI score was significantly increased in the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05） and the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture in the treatment of patients hemodialysis with muscle spasm can significantly improve muscle spasm,with significant effect.
