不锈钢锁紧件冲侧孔模设计 被引量:2

Design of piercing die for side-hole of stainless steel locking parts

摘要 通过分析锁紧件材料由冷轧优质碳素结构钢更换为不锈钢后对侧孔冲模的影响,研究得出其失效原因,并针对失效原因改进模具斜楔及冲孔凸模结构,合模时斜楔提供冲裁力,开模时斜楔提供卸料力,设计满足模具结构的零件成形要求。 The effect of the piercing die that exchanging the carbon structural quality steel with cold rolled to stainless steel of the locking parts was analyzed, and the failure reasons were studied. Then the wedge of the die and punch were improved, the wedge of- fered the stamping force when closed the die, and offered the discharge force when the die opening. At last, the die structure that met the requirement of parts was designed.
