The design of injection mould with laminated for a large household appliance was presented in detail from the analysis of product structure, the design of runner system, parting line, and unthreaded structure. Then the key points of the injection mould were emphasized. A large plastic product with multi-holes was forming by using a small injection machine successfully, which could provide reference for the design of mould with multi-cavity for large plastic products.
