摘要 针对1000T系列特大型吊钩锻件质量重、截面大、采取整体锻造成形且技术要求严格的问题,研究了锻件成形机理及过程,合理选择工艺控制参数,提出了胎模锻+自由锻成形相结合的工艺方案。在自由锻拔扁阶段,提出了纵向和横向相结合的锻造方法,最后通过生产试验,验证了其合理性。 In view of the IO00T super-large scale hook was heavy and large section, and adopting the integral forging and the high technique requirement, the forming mechanization and process of forging were researched. The reasonable process parameters were chosen and a scheme that combined the loose tooling forging with fiat die forging was put forward. In the stage of flatten forging, the forging method that combined the longitudinal and transverse directions was proposed. At last, the rationality was verified by actual production.
