摘要
在用缆索吊装法施工时,大跨径钢筋混凝土箱型拱桥由于其施工工序较复杂,结构内力和线形的最终状态很难达到设计要求。为更准确的对该种桥型进行仿真模拟和减少施工误差,以某大跨径钢筋混凝土箱型拱桥为例,通过全过程分析多阶段模拟的途径,建立和不断调试符合实际状况的有限元模型以及跟踪计算。研究结果表明:这不仅能够很好的确保大跨径的钢筋混凝土箱型拱桥在施工时内力和线形达到设计成桥状态,而且可有效减少误差,在解决施工难题的同时,也为同类型桥梁的仿真分析积累了宝贵经验。
Due to all the complex construction stages,when Long Span RC Box Arch Bridge is constructed with the method of cable hoisting, the internal force and alignment of the structure are so difficult to meet the design requirements. In order to simulateand monitor this type of bridge more accurately and reduce construction error,based on a Long Span RC Box Arch Bridge project,the finite element model that conforms to the actual situation was established and debugged continuously by analyzing the whole process of multi-stage route simulation. The results show that the method not only ensures that the internal force and alignment can meet the design state of bridge but can reduce the error effectively,which solves the construction problems and has accumulated valuable experience for the same type of bridge.
