钢渣沥青混合料室内及现场试验分析

摘要 钢渣是钢铁厂生产的废料,对生态环境具有破坏作用。高速公路建设需求的碎石越来越多,研究钢渣在高速公路中的应用具有现实意义。由于钢渣具有很好的物理性能,可以作为沥青混合料的原材使用,研究钢渣沥青混合料的高温性能、水稳定性以及使用性能,对其推广使用具有重要意义。文章通过室内马歇尔试验、单轴贯入试验和现场加速加载试验等,分析比较了钢渣沥青混合料与普通沥青混合料高温稳定性、水损坏能力。研究表明:钢渣沥青混合料的室内试验数据、使用性能优于普通沥青混合料,钢渣沥青混合料的使用,对于建设环保型公路,资源节约型公路具有重要意义。 Steel slag is a waste produced by iron and steel plants and has a destructive effect on the ecological environment.More and more gravel is needed for the construction of the highway. It is of practical significance to study the application of steel slag in the highway.Because steel slag has good physical properties and can be used as raw material for asphalt mixture, it is of great significance to study the high-temperature performance,water stability and service performance of steel slag asphalt mixture for its popularization and application. Through indoor Marshall test,uniaxial penetration test and field accelerated loading test,the high temperature stability and water damage ability of steel slag asphalt mixture and ordinary asphalt mixture were analyzed and compared.The results show that the indoor test data and service performance of steel slag asphalt mixture are better than those of ordinary asphalt mixture,and the use of steel slag asphalt mixture is of great significance for building environmental protection highways and resource saving highways.
