随着我国经济的飞速发展,建设工程生产力水平逐步提升,特别是进入21世纪以来,国家对基础设施建设投入逐年增加。如何能在经济快速发展的今天,不忘初心,确保工程的施工质量,建好百年工程,是施工管理者着重考虑的问题;提高工程的"性价比"、提高质量检测技术和质量控制手段、积极采用新工艺和新材料,保证工程的施工质量将是未来施工的重中之重。文章基于建筑工程与路桥工程的施工技术和质量控制要点进行分析,希望为同行提供一定的借鉴。

With the rapid development of economy in our country,the productivity of construction projects has gradually increased. Especially since the 21 st century,the state＇s investment in infrastructure construction has been increasing year by year. How to ensure the construction quality of the project and build a hundred-year project are the problems that the construction manager must pay attention to. Improving the cost performance of the project,improving quality inspection technology and quality control measures,and actively adopting new processes and new materials to ensure the quality of the construction will be the top priority for future construction. The article is based on the analysis of the construction technology and the quality control points of the road and bridge project,hoping to provide some reference for the colleagues.
