卫生战备物资信息化管理探讨

Discussion on information management of medical war readiness material

目的:加强卫生战备物资信息化管理的规范化、科学化,以提高管理效率,适应卫勤保障的需要。方法:根据卫勤分队的编组,将各组所属物资分类统计,并区分不同保障任务,将所属物资分类录入信息,标注参数,编设管理程序,集成各种应用功能,实行条码标识,利用扫码仪进行识别,在电脑中显示卫生战备物资储存位置和参数。结果:卫生战备物资的科学化、精准化管理节省了人力和时间,方便实用。结论:物资信息化管理为卫勤分队快捷机动和紧急救治提供了有力支撑,大大提高了卫勤分队快速反应能力、应急处理救治能力。

Objective：To strengthen the standardization and scientific management of medical war readiness material,and to improve management efficiency and meet the needs of medical support.Methods：According to the formation of the medical service units,the supplies were classified and statistically grouped into categories,and the different protection tasks were distinguished.The supplies belonging to them were entered into an information system,marked with parameters,and the management programs were set up to process them.Various application functions were integrated and the bar code labels were used.Using barcode scanner,the storage location and parameters of combat medical supplies could be identified and display in computer.Results：The implementation of scientific preparation and accurate management of combat medical supplies saves manpower and time,which was convenient and practical.Conclusion：Information management of medical war readiness material provides a powerful support for fast maneuvering and emergency treatment of medical unit,which greatly improves the quick reaction ability and emergency treatment ability.
