摘要
良性前列腺增生(BPH)引起的膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)及下尿路症状(LUTS)严重影响了中老年男性的生活质量。目前经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)、经尿道前列腺剜除术(TUEP)、经尿道激光手术(如HoLEP)等是BPH的主流外科手术方式,其中TURP仍是BPH外科治疗的金标准。但由于这些手术方式术后逆行射精等并发症发生率较高,其主导地位越来越受到新兴微创治疗技术的挑战。本文就近年来涌现的机器人辅助高能水切割术(IGRWA)、前列腺段尿道悬吊术(PUL)、前列腺动脉栓塞术(PAE)等BPH微创治疗技术的进展进行简要介绍。
Bladder outlet obstruction(BOO)and lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS)secondary to benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)deteriorate quality of life of middle-aged and elderly males obviously.Currently,the main surgical treatments for patients with BPH include TURP,TUEP,HoLEP and so on,of which TURP is regarded as the gold standard.However,along with severe intra-operative injury and high incidence of complications like retrograde ejaculation after surgery,these treatments are challenged increasingly by the emergence of a series of minimally invasive therapies.The paper mainly reviews recent literature and makes a summary of the development of minimally invasive techniques for BPH such as IGRWA,PUL,PAE and so on.
