腹膜后恶性血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者,男,62岁,无明显诱因出现双下肢胀痛不适半年余,遂入院就诊。查体：腹部可触及质韧肿物,无压痛及肉眼血尿,既往体健,无手术及输血史,无家族遗传史,于外院行全腹CT平扫示左中下腹部巨大软组织肿块。血尿常规、血凝、胸片心电图及肝肾功能均未见明显异常。入院后行双肾CTA检查示：左侧腹膜后团块样混杂密度占位,胰尾部及左侧肾脏受压移位并与病变部位分界不清,肿块处可见丰富的迂曲、团状血管网,
