摘要
将端羧基超支化聚酯(EHBP)和间位芳香族聚酰胺(PMIA)浆液共混,制备改性PMIA膜;将共混改性浆液通过湿法纺丝制备PMIA/EHBP改性纤维;研究了EHBP添加量对改性PMIA膜上染率的影响,对改性浆液的流变性和改性纤维的力学性能、玻璃化转变温度、热稳定性、染色性能进行表征。结果表明:添加EHBP质量分数10%时,改性PMIA膜的上染率达97.94%,比纯PMIA膜的上染率提高134%;与纯PMIA纤维相比,添加EHBP质量分数为10%,PMIA/EHBP改性浆液的可纺性提高,PMIA/EHBP改性纤维的上染率提高29%,但力学性能稍有下降,玻璃化转变温度降低5.99℃;PMIA与EHBP的相容性好,添加EHBP对PMIA纤维的热稳定性没有影响。
A modified poly ( m-phenyleneisophthalamide) (PMIA) membrane was prepared by blending carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester (EHBP) and PMIA slurry. The modified blend slurry was produced into a modified PMIA/EHBP fiber by wet spinning process. The effect of EI-IBP amount on the dye up-take of the modified PMIA membrane was studied. The rheo- logical behavior of the modified slurry and the mechanical properties, glass transition temperature, thermal stability and dyeing property of the modified fiber were characterized. The results showed that the dye up-take of the modified PMIA membrane reached 97.94% with an increase of 134% as compared with that of pure PMIA membrane when the mass fraction of EHBP was 10% ; as compared with pure PMIA fiber, the modified PMIA/EHBP slurry had better spinnability and the modified PMIA/EHBP fiber had the dye up-take with the growth of 29%, the slightly decreased mechanical properties and the glass transition temperature with a decrease of 5.99℃ when the mass fraction of EHBP was 10% ; PMIA and EHBP was well compatible with each other and the addition of EHBP had no impact on the thermal stability of PMIA fiber.
