气相色谱法测定过氧化氢工作液中醋酸酯的含量

摘要 应用毛细管气相色谱法分析过氧化氢工作液中醋酸酯含量,探讨了毛细管柱类型和柱温控制及溶剂使用等分析条件。结果表明:该分析方法中,使用A毛细管柱对过氧化氢工作液中醋酸酯进行分离,使用氢火焰离子化检测进行检测,采用内标法进行定量,内标物为正十四烷,溶剂为B溶剂,分离效果好,加标回收率为97.16%~101.86%,相对标准偏差为0.52%~0.59%;该方法适用于过氧化氢工作液中醋酸酯质量分数为0.10%~14.94%的试样的测定。 The capillary column gas-phase chromatographic determination of acetate content was conducted for hydrogen peroxide working solution. The analysis conditions were discussed including capillary column type, column temperature control and solvent usage. The results showed that the method had fairly good separation effect, the recovery of standard addition of 97.16% -101.86%, the relative standard deviation of 0.52% -0.59% when the conditions were as followed: capillary column A for acetate separation from hydrogen peroxide working solution, hydrogen flame ionization detection, internal standard quantitative determination, n- tetradecane as an internal standard and solvent B ; and the method was suitable for the determination of the hydrogen peroxide working solution with 0.10% - 14.94% acetate by mass fraction.
